Hello and welcome to our site 4x4inbulgaria our site will be covering the repairs of one group of mechanics in their car workshop in Djebel Kardzhali Bulgaria. What we do, we do it with pleasure, our activity is auto parts trading and auto servicing garage 4×4 and cars. We are located in Dzhebel, near to Kardzali. Our shop is to easy to access  place to the main road Kardzhali – zlatograd, and the garage is a little bit aside. We keep up a good quantity of spare parts for jeeps and cars for maintaining the suspension and body, parts for current  servicing as filters, oils, belts, pads, tires and so on. We have a wide range of auto accessories. If you need a spare part or information of an article, please call us. We can supply  by post or courier. To be efficient in our customer’s favor our garage is equipped with quality machines and tools. We have modern alignment machine,  machines for tires, pump for oil and other useful tools which make the work better

Although the mechanics can repair any make of car from Lada, Escort, BMW throo to the 4×4′s mentioned on this site, the Land Rover Discovery 200TDI, the Toyota Hilux Surf, the Mitsubishi Pajero and my very own beloved MGF, whatever car you have that requires servicing, maintenance, all repairs, even bodywork repairs, this lot can handle it all and at a very good local price too

So far my Toyota Hilux Surf 4×4 has been under some strain due to the heavy duty road conditions here in southern Bulgaria. I have been throo 4×4 tyres like they are going out of fashion! The steering required urgent attention to the bottom shock mounting bolt, bottom swivel joint, checking the steering alignment, clamping the brake hose, complete steering link assembly, greased nipple on top swivel joint, new ball joints, new bottom swivel joint fitted, passenger side steering joints, repairing the CV boot, steering box arm, steering damper joint, steering relay, the offending brake caliper, top swivel joing fixing nut with split pin plus the old parts, are all shown clearly in the photos!

My beloved MGF has been beautifully maintained by these mechanics. Not the most sensible car for the ruff roads of southern Bulgaria, however a car I had waited many years to own and drive, it needs constant attention to keep her in tip top condition!

The Mitsubishi Pajero has been constantly going from one repair to another, purrrrhaps the entire Pajero has so many new parts now, that one wouldn’t recognise the Pajero as a Pajero! Again the mechanics have beautifully maintained, serviced and kept this ancient 4×4 going in rough conditions.

… and the rusty old Land Rover Discovery was taken apart bit by bit, given a completely new bodywork color, from the old Land Rover green to radiant red! The photos of the transformation of this old Land Rover into a really stunning sturdy 4×4 complete with snorkle!

Welcome to my 4×4 in Bulgaria! With the welcomed numbers of 4×4 cars and jeeps now available for sale, for hire and owned in Bulgaria, we would like to introduce you to our team of expert 4×4 mechanics and their workshops garage in Kardjali Southern Bulgaria.

Full facilities for 4×4 repairs, 4×4 servicing plus of course general 4×4 maintenance are available here. We also have a fully kitted out parts shop in the town centre of Djebel just south of Kardjali main town. We can usually supply and fit most parts available off the shelf, or of course we can order any specialist parts your 4×4 jeep may require.

4×4 mechanics in Bulgaria, currently working on a Mitsubishi Pajero gearbox, a Toyota Hilux Surf with steering problems and a complete renovation of a rusty old Land Rover Discovery, my very own 4×4 in bulgaria. The update on the Mitsubishi jeep is coming soon. The Hilux Surf has now been fully repaired and is back on the dirt roads of Bulgaria. The Surf will soon be back to have its winter check over. We will fully grease the jeep for winter road usage. The Land Rover Discovery has now had its undercoat of red paint, waiting the full respray. We will also update the 4×4 forum with news of the Land Rover which has undergone mighty repairs so far and is now back on the road after being taken apart at the seams!

Although the car parts shop usually stocks most parts for the needed repairs, we have had to order a few parts from the UK as the Jeep is right hand drive and a lot of left hand drive parts will not fit. We have changed many parts of the Jeep. The gears and steering have all had a mighty makeover and you will see from the photos the work involved so far.

The Hilux will also receive a major gearbox oil change along with the usual pre winter servicing checks and replacement of any required parts, worn parts and dirty parts.

The repairs and servicing garage is getting new car repair equipment in regularly, with the aim of becoming a one stop repair shop in Djebel Kardjali BG

We take the TDI out of the garage to go offroad in the green hills of southern BG. We also have TDI’s for sale and are willing to convert any Jeep into a monster jeep for you. Nothing is a problem for our experience team of mechanics.
